Answers are anonymous, by design
Survey answers are stored with no link to any person. The database keeps who replied and what was said in two separate places that cannot be joined together, and results are only ever shown once enough people have replied that no one's answers can be singled out. Employers see how many people replied and, where invitations are sent by email, who replied. They never see what anyone said.
Staff email addresses
When a company chooses to have us email each person their weekly check-in, we store staff email addresses only to send those invitations and reminders. They are never shared with anyone else, never used for anything else, and when someone is removed from the team list their address is deleted straight away.
What we keep for employers
We store the company name, the summary email address, any branding the company uploads, and the weekly group results. The weekly summary is written with the help of an AI service, which only ever receives group averages and anonymous comments, never anyone's identity.
